If you are interested in becoming involved in the Grad-Link Program, Rimfire Resources will talk directly with you to assess the skills and behavioural competencies that you look for in graduates, as well as the specific areas of the business they may be employed into. This allows Rimfire to determine the type of graduates that best fit each individual organisation.
Rimfire then presents at each educational institution to make the graduates aware of the Grad-Link program and invite them to apply. Graduates then submit their application via our secure website. These sessions will be held by Rimfire and will further develop the students’ understanding of the agribusiness sector, including industry key drivers, and outline the opportunities available. In addition, we will provide students with an overview of researching opportunities, CV and interview preparation and explain what companies are looking for and expect from a graduate.
Rimfire will then interview graduates and identify and qualify graduates in regard to their suitability for roles within your organisation. Based on suitability of graduates, Rimfire will present selected candidates to your company for assessment and cultural fit within the business.
